More energy on the menu!
Or veg out. Or do nothing at all. Not exactly the way we would like to spend our lives but what can you do?
Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), CFS can also be referred to as myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME) or systemic exertion intolerance disease (SEID).
These are severe health conditions that require active healing process from our own part. Cleaning up your diet should always be the first thing you do whenever health becomes an issue.
In the western European countries we have a very efficient health care system. Unfortunately it often comes to a halt when there is a question of chronic illnesses. The standard answer is to prescribe heavy duty medicines, antibiotics, painkillers and antidepressants. They help a bit or a lot to start with but they also burden your system with chemicals. They may also take away your body’s own ability to correct and heal itself.
I often think that the medical system is very good at keeping people alive and that is what it is geared towards. Not so much improving their life quality, leaving energy levels low and pain to be managed: I would like the high energy level and no pain option!
One pill to cure it all
Now let’s take a look at ourselves though: this ‘one pill to cure it all’ idea is so tempting, just pop it and you can continue the way you have always done!!! No need to take any responsibility for your own actions, no need to change and no need to do anything strenuous or unpleasant.
Taking responsibility
This means learning and changing, there is no way around it. It also means growing and broadening your horizons, getting a new perspective and enjoying new things in life. Growth and change…
How you go about it, is a different matter. You can go solo, the preferred way for us westerners, I don’t need anybody, I can easily do it myself too. You can find out what you need to do, what kind of results you would like, what pitfalls there are, how long it will take etc. Sounds like a lot of studying to do there.
The bottom line is that changing is difficult, especially when it comes to something so elementary like your diet and your levels of activity: you enjoy what you enjoy and you want to keep doing that.
In my method I can teach you to do that in three months! A new you in a very short period of time, no need to struggle for years. If you want to know more about my programme, click here: My Program (steadybelly.com). In that page there are also more tips for self help, worth the click!
